In addition, new students are also expected to fill in their biodata and interests online here 

The students are expected to register offline. Registration can be done after paying UKT at the bank. Then students can meet the Academic Advisor (PA) by bringing the final draft of KRS (KRS Concept) and KHS. After getting approval from the PA lecturer, students can do KRS online and submit files to the administration room of the department, which are as follows:

  1. KHS (2 sheets)
  2. KRS (2 sheets)
  3. KRS concept
  4. Put in an envelope with a name and NIM on it

Participant registration requirements:

  1. Active student of Universitas Brawijaya
  2. Not currently taking a short semester at the time of the activity
  3. Physically and mentally healthy
  4. Fill out the registration form
  5. Meet a minimum of 90 credits
  6. Have programmed KKN at KRS

Students can program PKL courses after taking courses of 90 credits.

Before doing PKL, students are expected to follow the directions given by the PKL Coordinator about implementing this course and fill in personal data (here) to get a permit.

MP Fieldwork Practice

Students can program a Proposal Seminar after taking the TKPS course.

Implementation of the Proposal Examination

  • Students can register for the proposal exam after getting approval from the supervisor about the online exam time by attaching the specified file.
  • Admin sends invitations to the test team a maximum of seven days before the exam
  • After the exam, the examiner can give the exams scores online

Implementation of the Seminar Results

  • Students request academic transcripts from the administration staff as one of the required documents registering the exams.
  • Students can register for the exam after obtaining approval from the supervisor about the online exam time by attaching the specified file.
  • Admin sends invitations to the test team a maximum of H-7 before the exam
  • After the exam, the examiner can give the test scores online

Implementation of the Final (comprehensive) Exam

  • Filling out biodata and online questionnaires
  • Print-out of Laboratory Free Forms that have been validated by each head of each laboratory, online
  • Students can register for the final exam after getting approval from the supervisor about the exam time by attaching the specified file online
  • Admin sends invitations to the examiner a maximum of seven days before the exam
  • After the exam, the examiner can give the final scores online

  1. Students apply for academic leave through SIAM (Application > Apply for Leave of Absence)
  2. Checking process by the system
  3. If it meets the requirements, it will be validated by the faculty (operator)
  4. University validation (university operator)
  5. Get an academic leave of absence letter

  1. The student applies for withdrawal via SIAM and uploads a parent-approved withdrawal letter
  2. Checking requirements by the system (if it does not meet the requirement, the student can meet the Vice Dean 1)
  3. Checking the requirements at the faculty (faculty operator) (if it does not meet the requirement, the student can meet the Vice Dean 1)
  4. Approval of Vice Dean 1, students get an approval letter to withdraw from Vice Dean 1
  5. Faculty validation (operator) after the student uploads a resignation letter from the Vice Dean 1
  6. Application check (university operator)
  7. Rector/Vice-Rector 1 approval, students receive an approval letter to withdraw from Rector/ Vice-Rector 1
  8. University validation (university operator), students upload a letter of approval to withdraw from the Rector/Vice-Rector 1
  9. Checking application status (student applied)
  10. Taking a letter of withdrawal at the university by showing a student card (KTM)

  1. Complete the requirements below
  2. Complete the tuition fees exemption in the finance section
  3. Upload thesis files, photos, TOEFL certificates, IC3 certificates, proof of graduation payments
  4. Graduation registration

Documents that must be completed:

Bachelor study program:

  1. Proof of original graduation payment (payment slip can be asked to administration room)
  2. Copy of high school diploma/certificate
  3. Biodata of graduates from faculty operator
  4. Copy of the complete transcript with thesis score
  5. Signature proof of the finance section
  6. Copy of IC3+TOEFL certificate
  7. Library free letter
  8. Department (all) free letter
  9. KOPMA free letter
  10. Upload files to SIAM (photo, thesis cover, IC3, TOEFL)
  11. Color photo size 3×4 two sheets (named on the back of the photo and put in plastic)

Magister study program:

  1. Proof of original graduation payment
  2. Copy of graduation letter
  3. Copy of bachelor certificate
  4. Biodata of graduates from the postgraduate academic operator
  5. Signature proof of the finance section
  6. Upload files to SIAM (photo, thesis cover, journal publications)

Docotral study program:

  1. Proof of original graduation payment
  2. Copy of graduation letter
  3. Copy of bachelor certificate
  4. Biodata of graduates from the postgraduate academic operator
  5. Copy of complete transcript with dissertation scores
  6. Signature proof of the finance section
  7. Upload files to SIAM (photos, dissertation cover, journal publications)
