Management measures of Customer complaint
- Customers can fill out a customer complaint form which can be downloaded here.
- Customer sends complaint form to Services of department biology/laboratory via email (laboratory and/or majors : firstname.lastname@example.org), suggestion box (laboratory and/or majors), telephone/fax of majors (0341-575841).
- Recipient complaint do archiving and reporting complaint to the authorities.
- Recipients respond to customer complaints that complaint has been received by JBUB as long as complaint given the address of the complainant with clearly
- Authorized officials verify the complaint no later than 1 week
- Authorized officails makes an answer to customer claimants for services received.
- Authorized officials making service improvement steps.
